Hello, 8 days ago we resolved a Trados license expiration issue - Support Case Id : 00674283. Today this issue has reoccurred, however the recommended solution to the problem at that time is now no longer working. Please help. I would also appreciate an explanation of what the problem is again and how to prevent it from happening again in the future.
Please can anyone answer our question? After 16 hour we have had still no answer and our Trados still doesn't work.

Hello, I have the same problem suddenly last night with Trados 2021 while working on GroupShare files on one of my computer. Studio suddenly closed and when I try to open it again, I had this message saying that my licence has expired. However when I copy/paste the key it doesn't recognize it. Fortunately I was able to reinstall Trados 2017, close properly the files that were still open in GroupShare, check them in, remove the project from Studio and save them to work on a second computer where I have Trados 2021. However I still have the issue on my 1st computer, says that my license has expired. Who should I contact ?

Click the +New button top right of your screen to create a new thread, ask your question again and someone will contact you from RWS Support.
The staff at RWS can only generate one Support Case per thread so this is why you need to start a new thread.

Hello, no email has arrived yet. Is it possible to estimate when someone will start solving this, or should we rather start looking for another product and throw Trados in the trash?

Can you check whether the email from RWS Support went into you spam folder?
Also, it's the email address you use to sign on to the Community. Are you checking the right address?
I'm sure they will have replied to you by now... Perhaps Paul can check this for you if you can't find an email in your spam folder.
