We enjoy an academic partner licence.
My staff and students have correctly created their RWS accounts, and I have registered them as members in Trados Live.
However, when they click on the Institutional Login selecting our institution ID, Trados does not open (actually, the window disappears).
I might be doing something wrong.
Could you please, give us a hand?

Why aren't you using the academic portal for help? That's what it's there for.

I thank you a lot for your answer. We have not received much guidance from any "academic service", really. So I've been having to write emails back and forth to your commercial colleague. I would appreciate it a lot if you could instruct us on which academic portal you are talking about. I will be glad to join in right away!
I'm trully sorry for the inconvenience. It was not my intention to use the wrong procedure. I'm just looking for answers which I cannot seem to find easily :-)

Well... I can find many emails between you and our RWS Campus Team. At least one of them provides a considerable amount of information to help you get started and I can see it included this:
