Unable to access Studio 2021 Network license

Hello,

We use 2 Studio Network Licenses on 3 computers (Studio SR2 - 16.2.9.9198). I am trying to activate it for one computer, the other computers are currently not in use, however, Studio does not let me access the license. I have checked with our tech support and the License Manager (on the server) appears to be functioning correctly, nevertheless, whenever I try to connect, I get an error message saying "An error occurred while requesting a license. Click Retry to try again". Clicking Retry does not work either.

Any information/assistance in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
