The translation provider 'SDL Machine Translation Cloud Provider' could not opened and has been disabled

Hello Dorin,
During the pass few months, I have been experiencing this same issue while trying to open my TMs and the Cloude is prompting the error "The translation provider 'SDL Machine Translation Cloud Provider' could not opened and has been disabled.
I had followed the previous instructions, i.e., I have gone also to the community and I had removed, re-installed, restarted the SDL Machine Translation Cloud but I have not been able to fix it.

I do not have a Support and Maintenance Account, but I am a RWS LiceScience Medical Translator.
I'd appreciate if you can help me.
