Via a remote session we managed to solve the issue by resetting Studio to its's basic settings. We then were able to connect to the SDL Machine Translation Cloud plugin and receive suggestions.
Again with the same error! :-(

Thank you, I have already done that. I am just waiting for the timing. But it has been less than 36 hr that I had have the same problem. I just turn off and turn on the PC to start with the same problem all over again.
