Deactivation problem (Trados Studio is not opened after an error)

Question

I use Trados Studio 2021 and it is not opened after an error message saying that there is a problem in an XML file. 
 
 So I tried to deactivate my account offline but it failed with an error message again. 
 I also tried to reset my lincense but an error message returns again. 
 I was going to download Trados Studio 2021 again and activate my license again. 
 
 Here I attached a screenshot of the error message shown when I try to open Trados Studio.

I urgently need this problem fixed. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
