Jon Young didn`t reply on the Support case so the case has been closed.
I`ve reset your license, please try to activate it on the new server and let me know if any issues.
On the new server please install the newest version of License Manager: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/tp/Trados/T2022/Licensing/SR2_CU10/LicenseServerManager17.0.134.exe
