Can't log into my Language Cloud *account* from within my RWS account or Trados Studio

Hi all,

I’m a solo translator with a Studio 2021 Freelance licence (Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.10.9305). 

I'm able to log in to my RWS account profile without any problem.

At the foot of the screen is "Language Cloud".

When I click on this, the message below appears:

Error message displayed with a loading icon, stating 'There was an error in our system! Retrying in 38 seconds... Please contact support if the problem persists. Account.id not provided'.

I have entered my usual email address and my password.

I am able to access Language Cloud from within Studio, but when I click on Account, I get the same error message.

I need to access my Language Cloud account in order to update my data.

Is this a known bug? I've seen a couple of other people asking the same thing.
