I just bought a promotion upgrade of my Trados Studio Freelance 2019 to Trados Studio Freelance 2021, however, I cannot find this new license under my account and hence I cannot activate it?

In order to have the 2021 license in your account you need to process the upgrade from the Licenses page > Your available upgrades > Upgrade > Process upgrade.

Note: For Freelance licenses the deactivation step is not needed.
