Please, please simplify the solution for a sudden inability to use a license. The Reset license option doesn't work, the offline activation sends a mysterious code in an email saying I can 'use' this to do something, but doesn't explain what. This is just lame.
Please provide clear details of how to reset a license without going back and forth with Support. It's just nuts.
