I have noticed that you managed to deactivate your Trados 2017 in the meantime. You can download Trados 2021 from your account, Products and Plans - Downloads. Your upgrade can be processed from your account, Products and Plans - Licenses and then you will be shown the activation code for Trados 2021.

I've downloaded trados studio. However, I can't find the activation code for trados studio 2021, do I use the activation code for 2017? The activation code for 2021 is not listed under licenses
