Currently there`s a general issue with the account aceess license activation due to an outage on oos.sdl.com. We are working to restore the services as soon as possible.
You can download and install Studio 2021 from this link: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/tp/Trados/T2021/CUs/SR2_CU10/TradosStudio2021_SR2_CU10_9305.zip
Hopefully the licensing server will be restored and the licenses will also be available.

When did this "outage on oos.sdl.com" start? How many more days will it take before you fix it? Such an "incident" does not say much for the new RWS/SDL group!

One more question: Am I allowed to install Trados 2022 on my laptop, in addition to my PC?
Really? I think that yesterday 16/06 Paul was still admitting that the outage was about to be fixed. And meanwhile my June 1 Studio 2022 order still is "being processed".

You can install Trados Studio on as many computers as you like! It can only be licensed on one at a time, unless you have the Freelance Plus licence which allows you to licence two.

Really? I think that yesterday 16/06 Paul was still admitting that the outage was about to be fixed.
Two things here. The outage affected a few things and everything was resolved by Monday apart from the ability to upload/download apps to the RWS AppStore. This problem is still ongoing as you can see from the messages in the community (scroll up), the appstore and the knowledgebase. We still don't have an estimated time for fix on this but the problem has nothing to do with the new SDL/RWS group in the negative way you raised this. We are going through some very large modernisation projects at the moment which are needed to properly support two organisations of these size coming together as one. Not a trivial exercise at all, and when things break it's certainly not a reflection on the way the teams are going about this. These things can happen and we just have to deal with them.

I checked your account and it looks as though this is a problem from before the outage. I don't know why this happened but I think I have resolved it with a little help from our CX team and your licence should have been released. Let me know if you cannot find the licence in your account.

Thanks a lot for your help: after 16 days I can see my activation code in my account, but... while I can copy & paste it into an MS Word file, there is no way I can paste it into the Studio 2022 online activation frame: any suggestion?
UPDATE: After repeated attempts, it worked. Tout est bien qui finit bien ! and Tout vient à point qui sait attendre !
