Reinstall of Trados 2021

My PCV crashed and I am unable to accees my Trados account. I need to reinstall 2021 asap.

  • Really? I think that yesterday 16/06 Paul was still admitting that the outage was about to be fixed.

    Two things here.  The outage affected a few things and everything was resolved by Monday apart from the ability to upload/download apps to the RWS AppStore.  This problem is still ongoing as you can see from the messages in the community (scroll up), the appstore and the knowledgebase.  We still don't have an estimated time for fix on this but the problem has nothing to do with the new SDL/RWS group in the negative way you raised this.  We are going through some very large modernisation projects at the moment which are needed to properly support two organisations of these size coming together as one.  Not a trivial exercise at all, and when things break it's certainly not a reflection on the way the teams are going about this.  These things can happen and we just have to deal with them.

    I checked your account and it looks as though this is a problem from before the outage.  I don't know why this happened but I think I have resolved it with a little help from our CX team and your licence should have been released.  Let me know if you cannot find the licence in your account.
