Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
If it doesn`t work I will log a support ticket for you to have your license reset.

Thank you for the answer. Since I have two licences, I would like to know if there is a way to know which one to deactivate? I don't want to deactivate the one I'm using on my desktop and both licences have been installed the same day...

Unfortunately no. I suggest to deactivate the license on the working PC from Studio > Help > Product activation and then reactivate it. This will change the activation date for that license and you can then reset the other one.
