No Access to Trados Cloud

Hi there,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am just getting having difficulty accessing our Cloud account linked to our Trados Studio License. When trying to log in, we receive the error message below.

Me and my colleague are Trados users already but we cannot access it. 

Error message on Trados Studio Cloud Sign In page stating 'Your RWS ID is not linked to any RWS Language Cloud account. Create an account or contact your RWS Language Cloud account administrator.' with Sign out, My Account, OK, and Help buttons visible.

 

 

If you could please offer any solutions to resolve this, that would be great.
