Hi, is there any way for me to learn when this issue will be solved? I knew that licensing issues normally took up to 24h, even for non-subscribers to your support services. I really do need to know this tiny bit of info, so I can organize my professional activities. Thanks!

One of the RWS support engineers replied to you on the support ticket I raised for you. Please check your emails and reply to that ticket. He raised an internal ticket with Development for this issue and he will update you through the ticket.
