No 2022 licens in my account

Last Friday I bought (upgraded) and installed Trados Studio 2022. I can't use it since it does not appear in my license history.

  • Indeed I did. This is the result:
Screenshot of Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus upgrade option with 1 user license available, showing order details and activation date.

I also tried to click the "Upgrade (1)" button, but nothing happened.
...Or, actually, something did happen eventually. This:
Warning message stating 'Upgrading means the license(s), indicated below on the left, will be removed and will be replaced with the license(s) shown on the right. This process cannot be reversed.'

It's a bit unclear: Does it mean that I can still use the previous (2019) version (as it was with previous upgrades) but only while I have it installed -- I can't uninstall and then re-install it. (Is that the meaning of "This process can not be reversed"?)

I suppose it does. So I'll go on with Process upgrade. But I think simply adding the new license in the list of licenses would have been clearer. Was that not how it was done before?
