SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus Deactivation Initiated Yesterday, Error

I used the correct offline deactivation ticket as provided in an email from SDL. 

However, although Deactivation Initiated yesterday, there was an error encountered during my offline-deactivation.

Could you please create a support ticket, to resolve this issue, i.e. verify and complete deactivation on your back-end?

I needed to reinstall my Windows 10 machine and would like to deactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus license, to be able to use it with the newly reinstalled Trados.
