Hi,
I found that both of my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus licenses are not shown on the "Licenses" page after I log into my account, preventing me from activating/deactivating them. While there is a record of my purchase of the two licenses under "Order History", they are nowhere to be found on the Licenses page.
Is there a way for me to retrieve those two licenses and activate/deactivate them?
