Hi
I wanted to use SDL Studio 2021 this morning and I am not even able to open it
I deinstalled it, reinstalled it with SR2 package and do still have the same issue
Even worse, I do have groupshare cloud and have an dedicated support with it I am not able to access anymore as if I had none.
I am not able to access anything anymore and am prevented from working
Any help to reinstall everything?
Please close Trados Studio, delete these folders, restart Trados Studio and then reinstall your apps using the private appstore:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
