I bought an upgrade from Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to Studio 2022 Freelance Plus in April 2022. I have downloaded Studio 2022, but there is no licence code in my account. What went wrong?

In order to have the 2022 license in your RWS account you need to process the upgrade from 2021 to 2022 from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975
For Freelance licenses like your it is not necessary to deactivate the current version before processing the upgrade.
