Urgent. In the middle of a paid book translation!!!

Please contact me and reset ALL ADD-ONS and to the same fully-functional level.

This is bad!

I updated Trados 2022 from within the platform and lost everything, license key became invalid. Very expensive add-ons gone. 

Please revert this so I can go on with this project.
