I use Studio 2021 via Parallels on Mac.
First time this happened I repaired Studio - no change.
Then I deinstalled and reinstalled everything - Studio worked. I could work on translation of single documents without problems.
But as soon as I created my own project it happened again.
What can I do?

Other possibility is to click the link to the Knowledge Base in the error message and check the solutions proposed there.

I dont know how to reset. Support gateway says to rename the folder "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL"

Of course you have this folder, as you are working with Windows. And every single Windows user has this folder, it is just hidden. Please be so kind and search the Internet for how to unhide Windows system files and folders.
