Hello, good afternoon, earlier this year I bought the Freelance upgrade to the 2022 version. I've now downloaded Studio and MultiTerm but no license appears as yet in my account. Any idea how to resolve this? Thanks for your help!

Can you please log in into your RWS as there would be needed to process the upgrade
Log in into your SDL account
Click on Products&Plans - Licenses
Click on the blue ribbon that holds the message 'You have 1 upgrade available'
On the page that appears, click on Upgrade button again
Once all done, return to licenses tab where the 2022 license code will appear.

If you follow the steps that Ana-Loredana mentioned above the license should appear. In case you have any error message when following those steps please send a screenshot. Also make sure you`re logged with the correct email address (the one with @yahoo.fr)

Please edit your post delete the screenshot as this is a public forum. In the screenshot you sent you`re only at step 2. You need to click on "Vos mises a niveau" > wait for the page to load and click on "mise à niveau" > wait for the page to load and click on "Processus de mise à niveau" and when the process is finished you can return to the licenses page and see the license for 2022. If it doesn`t work open a new thread so I can log a Support case for you.
