Hello,
I tried to deactivate my oldest licence, which I don't use, but I get an error message saying to raise a ticket. I received an email message with a deactivation certificate, and copied/pasted it in the space provided on my RWS account, but it doesn't work.
I really need to reactivate this licence on a new computer, what can I do?
