Cannot close Trados 2021. Error message "Could not load file or assembly 'idrsnet15.dll' or one of its dependencies"

Question

Hello, 
 I'm using Windows 10 and Trados Studio 2021. When I try to close Trados, I get the following error message: "Could not load file or assembly 'idrsnet15.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found." I've searched our Knowledge Base, but I've found no solution. This same error has been reported before, but the thread created for it ( https://community.rws.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/licensing/39333/error-message-idrsnet15-dll ) does not lead anywhere. 
 Could anybody, please, help?
