Offline deactivation

Question

I tried sevral time to deactivate my licxense off line but fauild everytime with a message: 
 オフライン非アクティブ化でエラーが発生しました。問題が繰り返し発生する場合は、 サポート依頼を記録してください 。 
 
 could you please help me to deactivare my license?
