My IT support guy deleted everything from both my computers and started again. I had Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus on both computers. I have now reinstalled the software on both computers, reset the licence and activated it on my desktop, but I can't activate it on my laptop. I get the following message: "Could not activate this license. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code."
Could someone tell me where I am going wrong please?
