Deactivation of one PC that is broken

I've got SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus installed in 2 PCs. One of them got a problem and I forgot to deactivate the license. Therefore my license has been lost (one of them) because I didn't deactivate it. So I will have to reinstall Trados again but I don't know how to activate it now in the second computer. How can I proceed?
