I am having problems deactivateing SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus. I already deavtivated Studio 2019 Freelance but under Offline Deactivation Certificate I get the message: An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request. but there is no optikn to request support
