Failing to deactivate my of SDL Trados Studio 2019 License

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Greetings from Maputo! I have upgraded my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2022 and it shows on my RWS Account that my license has already been upgraded. However, I am failing to deactivate my account so that I can install Trados Studio 2022. I have downloaded the Trial Version of Trados Studio 2022 in order to activate it, and when I try to deactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2019 license, I receive the following message:

 

“Deactivation failed. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance.”
