As the title, I have a problem activating Trados 2021.

After installation I went to online activation, after putting in the key it showed a bunch of HTML looking text (some kind of error) and didn't seem to work, however when looking at the license page it says 'in use' 1.

I tried again and it says 'there is no license currently available' (I guess cos it registered server side). So I reset the license and tried again with the same problem (first weird html text and then saying there is no license).

Now I have tried three times and can't even reset to try anymore. What do I do now? It says the key is in use but it isn't and I can't activate Trados (also one time I tried offline activation and also got a bunch of html looking text as an error message)
