I have the same problem. Second time in 2 weeks. Last time someone had to take over my computer remotely to fix this issue. I cannot wait 48 hours, My deadline is in 4 hours. Please help.

If you don’t create your own thread for this you won’t get any help at all. We need separate thread for each case as the system is automated.

I did, thank you. The forum front page seems so focused on directing people to find out "has your question already been answered?' so I thought that it would be considered wasteful to start a new thread about the same issue. But I have done so now. 

It has been over an hour and I have still not even received the general "I have logged a support case on your behalf" reply on the thread I started. is there any way i can get immediate, in-person help? Even if I need to pay for the support license, I will do it. Please help
