Hi, I had hardware issues in my laptop, some components were changed and as a result windows had to be re-installed. Unfortunately Trados was not uninstalled and the license is still assigned to it. When trying to deactivate or reset the license I get an error so I cannot activate Trados again. Can you please help? (trying to activate TradosStudio2021SR2_16.2.10.9305)
