There are 4 accounts linked to your email address. Are you sure you`re looking in the right account? Two of these accounts have 2019 licenses.

Yes, unfortunately the licence is not visible in any account. It was purchased from a company that no longer exists therefore I cannot directly contact them on this issue. If needed, I could provide with the licence number in a private message/e-mail.
