Notebook formatted - I was unable to deactivate the license

Question

Please, unfortunately my notebook needed to be formatted and I was not able to deactivate the license earlier. 
 
 In the link ( https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/500-100.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/forcereturn.aspx ) an error occurred. 
 
 Could you deactivate the license so I can activate it on another notebook?
