OK, but why couldn't I use my professional license (2021, not yet updated on 2022), only my workgroup license( which is already updated on 2022)

The license are now back in your account. Can you provide more details about the issue you`re encountering with the Professional license?
What happens when tryin to connect Studio to the Professional license?
Is the license visible on the server in Safenet License Manager (WlmAdmin) > expand Subnet Servers > expand your server > expand Allow TQA 2021? Please send a screenshot.
