Licensing problem urgent

Question

We have license problems, one license still work but the other could not be used. We have a workgroup license which works but the professional doesn't work. The professional is not yet updated to studio 2022

When I log online on your internet to see my licenses, i could not see our licenses, only the old 2007 licenses but not the new one. 
 Please can you help us. It's urgent

 Currently there`s a general issue with the licenses display in the RWS accounts. We are working to restore the services as soon as possible.

Hello, 
 The license are now back in your account. Can you provide more details about the issue you`re encountering with the Professional license? 
 What happens when tryin to connect Studio to the Professional license? 
 Is the license visible on the server in Safenet License Manager (WlmAdmin) > expand Subnet Servers > expand your server > expand Allow TQA 2021? Please send a screenshot.
