Upgrade to Trados 2022

I have bought the upgrade, received the confirmation that my orders has been processed. I see the upgrade in my account, but when I click on upgrading, the system seems to be doing something, but then simply returns to the same screen. Somehow I have managed to install Trados 2022 (I also have 2019 and 2021 running with valid licences), but Studio 2022 now requests an activation code which I do not have (and have not received).

???? I would like to get what I have paid for...
