Studio 2011, update to SR2 16.2.12.9338: "Invoke or BeginInvoke cannot be called on a control until the window handle has been created" > crash

*Win11 (updated from Win10 a month ago). Latest updates installed today. Computer restarted.

*Studio 2021 (Updated from 2017 jan 2021)

*Have not used program (SR1) since update to Win11, but opened fine today. I then installed pending update to SR2 16.2.12.9338

Now can't get past "Initializing views". Error message "Invoke or BeginInvoke cannot be called on a control until the window handle has been created", and when I click ok, Studio crashes/closes down.

*Colleague mentioned incompatible plugins, suggested changing name of "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio \16" to "16_old". This workaround did not work.

*I then followed Paul's first suggestion here:  https://community.rws.com/product-groups/trados-portfolio/f/licensing/38921/trados-studio-2021-after-update-to-sr2-fails-to-start-with-error-failed-to-add-window-command-bar-extensions/126183

*I finally ran Trados Freshstart, "Repair Studio" for 2021. This also did not work.

This post might be related, but I can't find the mentioned support case (00644347)

Any suggestions, please? Many thanks!
