Can you please provide more details about the issue you`re encountering? If you have any error messages when trying to install Studio or when activating it please send a scerenshot.

Hi Sorin,
I purchased this Trados 2019 version but now I cant even login. The messeage appearing Lisence expired although I have a perpetual Lisence ( activate). Could you let me know please how to send a screenshot? Can I have a mobile phone number to have a direct chatting?
I can not even maximize the main page of the software.
