Dear all,
I had to re-install Parallels on my Mac so now I have to install my Trados Studio again. My license still shows as in use, so I tried to desactivate it offline.
However, I receive this error: An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.
Could you pleas help?
