Hello,
I need help deactivating one of my SDL Trados Studio 2017 licenses.
My notebook needed to be formatted and the license could not be deactivated.
Could someone please help me and deactivate this license?

I have followed the mentionned workaround, but I get an error when I click "Reset License" at step 6.
I have logged a case with Support.
