Hi,
I have Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus and I need to deactivate one license, but it shows that the license is stuck in "deactivation mode". I tried deactivation offline and resetting the license, but everything was unsuccessful. Trados would only show errors like "Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded" and the license is still displayed as In Use.
How to resolve this?
