Error message when opening Trados Studio

Hi,
I am still having problems with SDL.

I am getting this error message...
The license manager is installed in the PC I am using which has that IP, but SDL Trados does not even open the "activation screen" that usually pops up when you have to try the different activation options. Rather, it just shows this message....
This is beginning to be very frustrating, as it is affecting our capacity to work. 
Appreciate any help you can provide. Everything was working fine until yesterday.
