Forgot to deactivate my Trados 2017 license before upgrading to Trados 2022

Hello,

I have bought Trados 2022 today but forgot to deactivate Trados 2017 before upgrading, so I can't activate Trados 2022 or deactivate Trados 2017 (I got an error on both sides).

Offline deactivation in my SDL account doesn't work too.

I am not sure what to do and would really use your help Slight smile
