I purchased a Trados studio license last year, I installed it and it works but I cannot sign in to SDL Language Cloud. When I'm on SDL Trados Studio I click on the upper right button saying "Sign In" and when I enter my credentials it says "No se puede acceder a los servidores de Language Cloud. Compruebe la conexión a internet y la configuración del cortafuegos e inténtelo de nuevo".
How can I solve this problem?

Hi Paul!
I have the same issue. I have a Trados Studio 2019 professional license. Until now, I could use Language Cloud when necessary. Today I get the same error as Emilia and I can't use machine translation. Can you please help as soon as possible?
