Thanks for your help but this solution does not work. When I click on the link Reset Licence, I get an error message. I'd also like to point out that the RWS Technical Support send me a ticket to perform the disactivation. And it did not work. I am deeply, deeply unsatisfied. And stuck with my new laptop, on which I need to install my second Trados licence, currently on my old laptop, without nay solution to desactivate it.
Again, what should I do? Forget Trados and move over?
