We had a remote session with the client and the slowness the client has is due to the lack of RAM. Client has 8GB of RAM which meats the basic necessity of Trados Studio, but for optimal performance the client will need to double that amount, to 16GB. You can view this article about this issue: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0031481. Studio 2022 and Studio 2021 take about the same time to load which is normal in your case. You can work but this slowness is to be expected. Slowness occurred in any task made on that computer.
About the message the client received when starting Studio 2021, was regarding the plugins, we needed to update them. We installed the latest version of the plugins and now the client will not receive that message when starting Studio 2021.
Dear Paul,
Thank you veery much.
I uninstalled 2021 SR 2, NOW ONLY TRADOS 2022. I wondered if Microsoft Edge web view is connected with Trados or not or Chrome. Now, Opening dropped to 120 seconds (after 180 seconds). Still awaiting RAMS :)
Best Regards
İlker GELİR , yes both 2021 and 2022 could be dependent on Edge or Chrome if you are connected to Language Cloud. This is why one of my first questions was:
out of curiosity - are any of your projects in Studio connected to Language Cloud - or using Cloud based resources?
Regardless, RAM will help in all instances

I understand Language Cloud is MT. If this is the case, while is not check marked before starting translation, can we disable it from Startup? in this case, opening ceremony will be shorter? Some resources could be loaded after quick startup?

The goals is not to disable Studio from Language Cloud (or any other online resource that is dependent on IE) - otherwise you will be missing out on functionally, like NMT.
I simply asked the question as it maybe we need to visit your IE settings / permissions if it proved to be the reason behind slowness.
But from what I understand the RAM was the main culprit so lets review after that.
