missing licenses/impossible to activate

hello,

I have versions 2021 and 2022 on my old PC. I bought a new PC and installed version 2021 only as a client requires that version (his plugin works only with 2021).

I deactivated my license on version 2021 from old PC and removed the whole software.

But I cannot activate 2021 on my new PC, a message saying restricted access. And what's more, when I go to my account to look for license number and other infos, I see only "2022" and 2014 and older versions!! what happened to 2015, 2017 and 2019?

  • thanks Ana-Maria. But I have one question then, if I also install 2022 on my new PC. One client requires me to install a terminology plugin which works only with 2021.

    When I tried to install it on my old PC, it never worked because it was saying "there are several versions of Trados which have to work back-to-back" (or something similar) and I never managed to solve that issue even after removing all the older versions and 2022.

    So, if on my new PC I install 2022 so 2021 can open, will I be able to add the plugin in 2021? I am afraid to have the same error message, and as the plugin does not exist for 2022, I will not be able to accept jobs from that client, which is ridiculous.
